Description: This is a full-time position for Representative Bronna Kahle’s office. The position requires the individual to perform administrative, reception and constituent duties, coordinate the Representative’s schedule, proof and edit correspondence and maintain the office filing system.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to writing tributes, monitoring legislation, assistance in research and special projects in a fast paced environment.  Some travel to the district will be required.

Salary Range: $28,000 - $30,000

Minimum Qualifications: The applicant must be professional, resourceful, and possess strong organizational, written and oral communication skills in order to effectively support the Representative.  Excellent phone and interpersonal skills are a must.  A Bachelors degree in business administration or political science is preferred, but not required.  Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.  Applicant must also be independent and self-motivated, assuming responsibility without direct supervision or direction.  Prior experience with the legislative process is desired.
