| General Description | ||
The Republican Constituent Relations office has unpaid, internship opportunities available for students interested in gaining valuable hands-on experience in a legislative environment. In addition to assisting the office with legislative research and organizational tasks, interns will have the opportunity to work with Representative’s offices to facilitate the communication between Representatives and their constituents. Hours are negotiable. |

Possible School Credit (if applicable). This is an unpaid position, college credit is possible. (See your school’s Internship Coordinator) |

| Minimum Qualifications | ||
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work efficiently and independently. Basic computer skills are required, including a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Knowledge of the Legislature and the legislative process is a plus but not required. |
